Ken Lu, Crypto Revolution: The Dawn of Bitcoin ATMs

Hey $SPACE FAM

It's Ken's turn to answer my questions!

You're about to learn some amazing things!

LFG

“Can you introduce yourself?

Hello everyone, my name is Ken.

I entered crypto industry in 2019.

Previously, I worked for a Bitcoin ATM manufacturer in Europe and was responsible for installing ATM machines across Europe. From 2019 to now, I have been responsible for negotiating and installing more than 200 Bitcoin ATMs in Europe.

During this period, the number of Bitcoin ATMs around the world grew at an extremely fast speed, especially in Asia and Europe.

It is undeniable that the growth in the number of Bitcoin ATMs is closely related to the price performance of cryptocurrency in the market.

In recent years, with the increase in the number of cryptocurrency users and the impact of the Bitcoin halving background, there will be more and more methods of physical transactions of crypto in the future as well as the transaction speed will become much faster.

Can you tell us more about your role in the MVC community?

My role in MVC is secretary.

My main task is to be responsible for the contact between ordinary MVCers and the committee and to accurately submit each proposal to the committee.

I am also responsible for the contact between the committee and various functional departments of MVC.

On this basis, I will use my past work experience to formulate a plan to materialize MVC so that $Space payments can occur in the real world.

I have to make a plan which has to be feasible, detailed and persuasive in order to be recognized by the MVCers and the committee.

Why MVC?

Why choose MVC? This is a very interesting question.

In the past few years, Bitcoin’s popularity is dramatically increasing in a historical high speed.

Popular BTC related financial channels include: investment, transfer and offline payment, etc.

However, over time, I have found that the high costs of Bitcoin transactions will be the biggest obstacle to the mainstream adoption of Bitcoin.

For example, the minimum to withdraw money from a Bitcoin ATM are 100 euros, with a fee of 5 euros.

The issue of transaction fees may seem insignificant during times of rapid Bitcoin price growth, but it becomes particularly noticeable during stable or declining Bitcoin prices.

MVC can effectively and permanently solve this problem, offering low transaction fees and instant transaction speeds.

If you go on twitter and it is easy for you to see that we are able to do instant transaction with paying $Space in August last year, which is a milestone of MVC.

For me, in order to become a part of the ecosystem that changes the industry, I have decided to join MVC.

MVC has steadily implemented every plan listed on its Gitbook, progressing in the right direction.

In the foreseeable future, MVC-related projects, tokens, and apps will become significantly valuable.

What do you consider to be the most important element of this ecosystem?

Personally, I think cost, efficiency, and security will be the core advantages of our entire ecosystem.

The UTXO model allows us to transfer and pay at almost zero cost, which is a core advantage.

At the same time, the speed of payment can be achieved instantly, which is also something that many other technologies cannot achieve.

Of course, it is a security issue, which is why our ecosystem requires MetaID eventually. In fact, basically our ecosystem is planned.

As long as every step of the plan is implemented, MVC can bring a bright future to every ordinary person involved in our program.

What future do you see for MVC?

This question is related to what I just mentioned and it is also our core mission which is t reform the Bitcoin ecosystem, integrate into Bitcoin development, make Bitcoin payments available immediately and no longer expensive.

In order to build a better community, MVC will also launch an MVC developer reward grant program in the near future to actively promote every interested developer to jointly build the community and bring the community to an unprecedented level.

At the same time, MVC also rewards community building participants by giving $SPACE and $SPACE is now listed on 8 major exchanges, which also provides community participants with generous returns and motivation for their efforts.”
